Il paese è attraversato dal fiume Aril. Lungo appena 175 metri di lunghezza, vanta di essere il fiume più corto d'Italia ed uno fra i più corti al mondo. Il fiume si getta nel lago con grande impeto e forza, come si può notare attraversando il ponticello che lo sovrasta.
